Hey I’m Annie!

I’m a Lifestyle Design Coach and the founder of Bloem — a self-development hub for highly sensitive + neurodivergent High Achievers. 

My mission is to help you design a life you genuinely love. I created the Mindful Daily Rituals guide to help you slow down, reconnect, and find more clarity and calm in your day.

As a highly sensitive ADHDer, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and stuck in a cycle of stress.

And I also know that creating small, intentional rituals is one of the most powerful ways to shift out of that and into a life of more ease, balance, and purpose.
